Our Process

We stake the layout to your yard and setbacks, excavate, and tie the rebar cage before an inspector signs off. Plumbing for the skimmer, main drain, and returns goes in, then the gunite shell is sprayed and cured. Tile, coping, decking, and the interior finish follow, and we wire an 8 AWG copper bonding grid per NEC 680.26 and a variable-speed pump. We finish with a water balance and a walkthrough.
